What Does a Piercing Cost?
Piercing prices vary throughout the country. If you live in Manhattan, expect local body piercing studios to charge higher than average prices. Their cost of doing business, including paying very high rents, is higher than average so their piercing prices will be higher than average.
Most piercing studios charge a set fee for the piercing based on the location on the body you select for the piercing. Easier to pierce locations like the ear lobe cost the least, genitalia piercings are the most expensive. The body jewelry is extra but some piercing studios offer basic steel pieces free with the piercing. You just pay extra to upgrade to titanium or other more expensive choices.
Average Body Piercing Costs:
- Ear lobes and ear cartilage piercings: $20-$30
- Belly Piercings: $25-$35
- Nose Piercings (nostril): $25-$30
- Eyebrow Piercings: $30
- Lip/ Labret & Tongue Piercings: $30
